Online Wills? No thank you.

ONLINE WILLS… yay or nay? – Bottom-line answer: NAY.
Read on for the informative answer: Online Wills are tempting because they are quick, cheap and easily accessible. Print it out at home, sign it, and hope for the best. “One size fits all” usually… does not. Wills are no exception to that rule.
No form-based service can accommodate the details of your individual needs, your family dynamic, or your future plans.
No big business conglomerate can make modifications or be available for counsel as life changes occur.
No cookie-cutter print-out can address your Trust qualifications, hold your hand through the Probate process, or answer your concerns about your Power of Attorney’s rights or your Living Will for Healthcare’s directives.
No impersonal, online Will could ever verify that the signatures, witnesses and Notary stamps are performed meticulously.
More often than not, the money touted as “saved” on the front end is often spent by those left behind, trying to unravel a mess that a faceless form tied into knots.
Quick, cheap and easy? You and your family deserve better.
THOROUGH, FAIR, AFFORDABLE, and INTELLIGENTLY DESIGNED - a proper Will is an investment worth doing well. There is no substitute for… “the real thing” (see picture for emphasis).
This field is my sweet spot. I love serving my clients with a product that delivers, protects and prepares. I will speak with you personally, and I will make sure you know what you are signing. The language and the details matter. YOU matter, and you are welcome in my office.
